Wellness.
We have that Secret.

The first thing we need to understand with Dr. Ouellette's Pain
Relief Diet is that it does not work like a drug. It works more subtly, more
slowly, more safely.
But, it DOES work.

The Four Behaviours Surrounding POOR Wellness.

The biggest problem in
modern health care is people:
-
Not doing what science
shows they should do
-
Doing what science shows
they should not do
-
Thinking incorrectly
according to science
-
Failing to think what
science shows they should think

So, How Do We Deal with ALL That?
We Measure and we Motivate.
With
Wellness RISK
Management (WRM)
These videos below are all about 1 minute long.
The Pain Relief Diet addresses the FoodPainConnection
Food and pain are linked because food supplies the raw products for our bodies
to produce hormones that make pain worse AND hormones that make pain better. A major way our bodies regulate
pain is through the inflammatory process. We cannot get away from the fact that food affects that
process.
In addition, foods can often cause unknown food reactions that are detrimental
to our bodies. Lectins in foods for instance, can distort our blood flow because they have the ability to cause
blood clumping called agglutination. This leads to a localized reduced blood flow and the consequential effects
from that process.
Agglutination can be severe or not so severe. It can be quite localized or
largely generalized. Figuring out which foods are more damaging to you can be daunting task.
The two companion books by Dr. Ouellette, outline a plan of action to help
people get started with the FoodPainConnection issues via the PainReliefDiet.
The Wellness RISK Management measurement program makes an assessment of how susceptible a person may be to
the FoodPainConnection based on how many common inflammatory foods they consume.
