time.

The ideas behind the Pain Relief Diet were formed during the 1980s and
1990s, while I was still actively working with patients and wrestling with the practical realities of compliance,
symptoms, and human behavior. Many of those clinical lessons later found a more structured home in what is now
called Wellness RISK Management.
